Returns Policy
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns on lash trays or lash products once they have been opened or used.
Eligibility for Returns
We will only accept returns if:

The item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

You contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Opened or used lash trays

Lash products where hygiene seals have been broken

Sale or discounted items
Return Process

Approved returns must be sent back within 7 days of confirmation

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty
