Shipping Policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

  • During busy periods (sales, Christmas, launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

 

UK Shipping

  • Standard UK Delivery: 3–5 days

Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping is £3.95

Returns Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns on lash trays or lash products once they have been opened or used.

Eligibility for Returns

We will only accept returns if:

  • The item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • You contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used lash trays

  • Lash products where hygiene seals have been broken

  • Sale or discounted items

Return Process

  • Approved returns must be sent back within 7 days of confirmation

  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
