Gemma founded the business in 2019 and Amber became her business partner in 2024 when they moved in the Glm lashes salon and became 50/50 partners. Amber helped Gemma after being trained by her and helped grow the business from 2022 when she joined the team. After 2 short years they decided to join forces and Glm lashes was born.
